Item Description

STRENGTH by FORM is an 8-week program designed for YOU! Select 1 of 2 tracks: Body Weight or Weighted. Each track offers 2 levels of programming, each scheduled for 3 workouts per week, over 8 weeks.

Level 1 is intended for Beginners with minimal to zero fitness experience, and can be completed at home or in the gym.
Level 2 is a continuation of Level 1, but can serve as a point of entry for an Intermediate exerciser. Level 2 requires some fitness experience. ( If you havent worked out in over 1 month, we recommend starting with Level 1.)

All Program levels can be made harder or easier, all movements have progressions and regressions and VIDEO LINKS TO ALL MOVEMENTS INCLUDED.

Body Weight programs require Resistance bands.
Weighted Program requires Dumbbells or Kettlebells.
