BANDED STRENGTH is a 4-week resistance band training program designed by Morit Summers for YOU!
Suitable for beginner and intermediate lifters, this program offers 3 workouts per week over a 4 week period. Each workout contains links to video demos and playlists for modifications and progressions. BANDED STRENGTH requires a hip circle and monster band for use. While this program was written for use with the Morit Summers Resistance Band set, you can use any hip circle or long resistance band.
